Job Summary
Senior Financial Analyst, IM R&D Oncology TA – responsible for providing financial leadership, support and analysis to early and late‑stage development compounds within the Oncology Therapeutic Area.
Location:
Spring House, PA;
Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ. 10% travel may be required.
- Proactively partner with Compound Development Teams (CDT) and Project Management Teams (PMT) to align financial targets, analyze the value of project investments, and address business issues.
- Manage all aspects of financial updates including Business Plan and Long Range Financial Plan and ensure the accuracy and compliance of monthly forecasting and closing cycles.
- Prepare pipeline valuation models for assigned compounds, partnering with CDT/PMT, Commercial, Global Strategic Marketing, Operations and Tax.
- Support Cross‑Pharmaceutical Portfolio Reviews and ad‑hoc valuation support to key stakeholders across the Pharmaceutical R&D, Operations and Strategic Marketing organization.
- Partner with Business Development in support of External Innovation and L&A/M&A projects.
- Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate business partners on financial issues and concepts.
- Provide recommendations for improving the value of financial information supplied to upper management, guiding business partners, and executing the process for all development forecast and worldwide valuation updates.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance).
- MBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ finance or related business experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer products industries as well as public accounting preferred.
- Excellent analytical (MSExcel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and team orientation.
- Leadership capability across various functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced environments; recommends process improvements, works independently and manages multiple tasks concurrently.
- Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, responsible and ethical AI practices, and experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ; up to 10% travel may be required.

Anticipated base pay range: $79,000.00 – $.
Eligible for the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Long‑term incentive program participation may be offered.
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year;
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours if residing in Colorado, 56 hours if residing in Washington). Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care. Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member;
40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period. Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year. Military Spouse Time Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
