What if your decisions this week determined whether a dealer’s order ships, a backlog moves, and cash lands exactly when forecasted? As our Commercial Credit Portfolio & UCC Compliance Manager, you’ll blend rigorous credit analysis with practical collections leadership to protect title in MCG’s assets and keep North America’s cash engine running.

Your Mission Lead the end‑to‑end credit and collections function across North America. Be the go‑to problem solver for internal partners and external customers—untangling A/R issues, addressing customer complaints, and delivering fair, well‑supported credit decisions for new and existing accounts.

How You’ll Make It HappenUCC stewardship: secure documentation quickly, track prior filing expirations, renew as required, and archive all completed Security Agreements and UCC filings on the departmental shared drive.

Act as the primary liaison with NCS (U.C.C. service provider), banks, trade references, D&B, and third‑party collection agencies.

Credit analytics: review customer financials and Dun & Bradstreet insights; set and recommend appropriate credit limits.

Commercial approvals: review and approve Whole Goods Purchase Orders with concise credit risk assessments.

Revenue alignment: attend weekly revenue calls; collaborate with the VP of Sales to spotlight financing challenges and emerging credit risks.

Forecasting clarity: coordinate and prepare the weekly cash forecast; flag both known and potential collection risks.

Loss prevention: prepare bad debt analyses; complete annual customer credit reviews; produce focused reports for senior management.

Backlog readiness: verify adequate credit lines exist to finance each dealer’s pipeline.

Continuous improvement: partner with the Director to design and roll out better processes; gather associate feedback to elevate collections and customer service outcomes.

Team enablement: support the Director and staff on complex credit, collections, and A/R issues; directly manage specific accounts or portfolios when needed.

What You Bring Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; 7–10 years of Credit & Collections leadership experience.

Professional conflict management with customers and stakeholders.

Willingness to collaborate beyond formal role boundaries to achieve company financial goals.

Technical strength in Infor LN, Oracle, advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), and Power BI.Preferred:
Master’s in Accounting or Finance.

Competencies and Work Style Operations and supply chain orientation; familiarity with manufacturing processes and lean methodologies.

Where You’ll Work Hybrid of office and shop floor environments; PPE required on the shop floor.

Domestic travel: about 10%.Good to Have Financial audit experience.

Adaptability As business priorities shift, duties may evolve. Flexibility to take on new responsibilities is part of the role.
