Personal Banker – Role Overview

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will be responsible for providing products and services to enhance our Customer relationships. The incumbent will get to know their customers, understand and educate them regarding their financial needs, and recommend the appropriate products and services through in-person interactions and outbound calling efforts. This role will be responsible for opening new accounts and submitting loan applications.

• Comply with Bank policies and procedures and regulatory banking requirements
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests as needed
• Recommend and promote the Bank’s digital banking services
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
• Must have at least one year of previous banking experience
• Prior cash handling experience
• Prior consultative sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with multiple banking and software programs
• Ability to work enthusiastically with customers
• Experience in a retail sales environment preferred

• Full‑time 40‑hour/week
• Flexible rotating weekly schedule
• 2–3 Saturdays per month required (example: 9:00a.m.–1:00p.m.)
• Schedule may change based on business needs

Salary Range: $37,440 – $52,800 (individual base pay may vary).
