We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our leadership team and help shape the financial future of our organization. JOB OVERVIEW:

Director, Finance is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, reporting, and data-driven performance insights. This position requires a balanced combination of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional partnership to drive sustainable growth, enhance profitability, and support long‑term value creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership:

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate goals. Provide insight into key business drivers, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes. Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

  • Accounting & Reporting Oversight:

Oversee accounting operations, including month‑end close, consolidation, and compliance with corporate reporting standards and GAAP. Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial statements, and timely reporting to the corporate parent.

  • Performance Analytics & Business Insights:

Build and manage an analytics function that translates data into actionable insights across revenue, margin, and operational metrics. Drive data‑informed decision‑making and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Business Partnership:

Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and HR to support resource allocation, pricing strategies, cost management, and investment decisions.

Lead and develop a high‑performing finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Governance & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies, SOX controls, and other compliance requirements for a publicly held environment.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE &

SKILLS:

  • Progressive financial leadership experience, including FP&A and accounting.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations for a business unit or division within a larger corporate structure.
  • Demonstrated success leading both strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization and navigating interactions with corporate finance teams.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial planning tools; data analytics experience a plus.
