We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Finance Manager. Are you a high-performing finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment? Key Responsibilities Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers

Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, and other protection products.

Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and local laws as well as dealership policies.

Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions

Maintain accurate documentation and funding processes

Work closely with sales managers to finalize deals quickly and efficiently

Structure deals to maximize profitability while keeping customers satisfied

Skills & Qualifications Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (preferred)
Strong knowledge of dealership finance operations and compliance

Sales experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Ability to build rapport with customers and financial institution

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. We encourage qualified candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
