We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) practice. In this role you will lead a range of client services related to business valuation, forensic accounting, transaction advisory, litigation support, bankruptcy & restructuring, and other complex financial analysis. We operate in a hybrid work model with 3 days a week in our Iselin, NJ office.

- Summarize and interpret relevant financial information and records.
- Develop accounting, financial, and economic analyses.
- Apply advanced analytical methods to datasets as well as create visualizations and dashboards for management (e.g., IDEA, Power BI).
- Assist in the preparation of valuation reports, expert reports and other deliverables.
- Critique opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal expert reports.
- Interact with clients and counsel to communicate strategy and obtain documents.
- Work with managers and partners on client communication and practice development.
- Conduct detailed reviews of reports and analyses and identify questions and issues to discuss with managers and partners.
- Strictly adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Occasionally work extended hours or travel to/from different firm offices and/or client locations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in valuation services, or litigation support and/or forensic analysis.
- Willingness to work toward an accounting or valuation certification.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Great attitude and strong work ethic.
- Great communication and analytical skills.
The FLVS team is experienced across bankruptcy & restructuring, forensic accounting, and valuation services, serving a diverse client base of lawyers, law firms, and other professionals.
