Position: Operations Analyst/Fund Accountant Opportunities (Spring/Summer 2026 Graduates)

Overview

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is recruiting 2026 Spring/Summer graduates for a variety of entry‑level roles. The primary objective of these positions is to provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administrative support for our clients, which include hedge funds, private equity funds, and other alternative investment funds.

  • Institutional Private Client Operations Analyst
  • Reconciliation Operations Analyst
  • Enhanced Middle Office (Bank Debt)
Responsibilities

Support daily client interactions through email and/or phone calls, maintain accurate client records, and assist with account reconciliation and other administrative tasks as required by the client service objectives.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and organizational ability
  • Self‑motivation and ability to manage multiple client objectives without sacrificing quality
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and collaboration mindset
Preferred Attributes
  • Internship experience in finance or related fields
  • Eagerness to broaden knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs with a positive and collegial approach
