At Well Full by Bernardo Wealth, we help successful families, executives, and business owners gain clarity and confidence across every aspect of their financial lives. We believe wealth management should extend far beyond investment management, delivering comprehensive guidance across planning, taxes, estate strategies, risk management, philanthropy, and family legacy planning.

Our mission is simple:
to give successful individuals and families the same level of financial clarity they bring to running their businesses and careers.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Coach, CFP® to join our team. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to affluent clients, helping them make smarter financial decisions while delivering a modern, high-touch planning experience. Family office experience is highly valued, but we are ultimately looking for a talented professional who is passionate about building deep client relationships and providing exceptional advice.

The

This role is ideal for someone who loves working directly with clients, enjoys solving complex financial challenges, and wants to be part of a firm that is redefining how wealth management is delivered.

You will play a key role in helping clients navigate all aspects of their financial lives while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the Well Full platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary wealth coach and trusted advisor for affluent individuals, families, executives, and business owners.
  • Lead comprehensive planning conversations focused on investments, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, philanthropy, and legacy planning.
  • Build deep, long-term client relationships based on trust, communication, and proactive advice.
  • Deliver personalized financial plans and ongoing wealth coaching engagements.
  • Coordinate with clients’ attorneys, CPAs, insurance professionals, and other trusted advisors.
  • Identify planning opportunities and guide clients through implementation.
  • Utilize modern planning and technology tools to enhance the client experience.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Well Full client experience and planning process.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and referral opportunities.
  • Help shape the future direction of a growing and innovative wealth management firm.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, private banking, multi-family office, single-family office, or family office services.
  • Strong understanding of retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, risk management, and philanthropic planning.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and deliver actionable advice.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a modern wealth management platform.
  • Family office experience is highly valued but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a comprehensive planning-first client experience.
What Success Looks Like
  • Clients view you as their most trusted financial advisor and coach.
  • You proactively identify opportunities that improve clients’ financial lives.
  • You deliver a best-in-class planning experience that differentiates Well Full from traditional wealth management firms.
  • You contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • You help drive client retention, client growth, and firm expansion.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000, based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated expertise.
  • Variable Compensation: Performance-based incentive compensation with meaningful upside tied to client satisfaction, client growth, business development contributions, and overall firm success.

Why Join Well Full?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial firm that is building a modern wealth coaching platform for successful families, executives, and business owners.

Unlike traditional advisory firms, our focus is not on product sales. Our focus is on delivering clarity, confidence, and comprehensive advice that helps clients make better decisions across every aspect of their financial lives.

You’ll work alongside a team committed to delivering family office-level guidance while helping shape the future of wealth management. Existing client relationships are welcomed but not required.

If you’re passionate about planning, relationship-building, and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.
