Job DescriptionThis role will assist the FP&A team with detailed departmental and P&L reporting and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring professional seeking a broad-based corporate finance experience with fast-paced and immersive opportunities. In this position, you will be working with finance and accounting teams across functions and regions during the month-end process, providing detailed financial reporting and variance analysis.
You will gain valuable exposure to financial analysis, accounting principles, and real-world management reporting via hands-on learning experiences. The role is also designated to support the FP&A team on the alignment of SG&A spend and cost category, alignment of headcount and indirect spend to the appropriate function, and implementation of a sustainable reporting framework.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monthly P&L reporting by activity, function, and region, including variation analysis versus plan and prior year.
- Consolidation of SG&A spend for Water Tech.
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of monthly business reporting, including financial analysis, KPIs, and main business events.
- Contribute to global budget preparation, including building and consolidating templates by activity, function, and region.
- Compensation:
Approximately $4,265.31 per month (part of VIE).
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire for growth in professional experience.
