Business Relationship Support Specialist

• Manage a complex portfolio of customers
• Share leadership responsibilities with managers to oversee account portfolios
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the portfolio
• Review and analyze customer account decision processes and evaluate portfolio profitability and risk
• Verify compliance and report issues for resolution
• Make decisions on complex customer issues
• Partner with managers to resolve issues and provide implementation status updates
• Develop expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Handle escalated complex customer issues through resolution
• Lead the team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Interact with internal customers
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing functional, policy, procedure, and compliance knowledge
• Support Wells Fargo's risk management, compliance, monitoring, governance, escalation, and remediation programs

• 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Knowledge and understanding of middle market commercial banking
• Customer service focus with ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
• Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment
• Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in moderately complex customer transactions
• Treasury experience
• Ability to manage client relationships
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Knowledge and understanding of business banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Experience partnering/collaborating with Commercial Banking Group and/or a Wholesale group
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Commercial or specialty group servicing operations
• Knowledge of systems including Hogan, WCIS, Cornerstone, TM Legal Wizard, WCAO, Relationship View, Service View, SVP, and WICE
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in managing customer portfolios, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Proficient in risk management and process improvement within commercial banking environments.
