Specialist, Client Processing, Wealth Services
Location:
Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
- Process a high volume of client transactions and account‑related requests in accordance with established procedures; monitor queues and meet service level expectations.
- Review work for completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and discrepancies; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders; identify risks, escalations and support remediation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve quality and turnaround time; support adoption of AI‑enabled tools and automation; use data and reporting to drive operational improvements; support audit, compliance and control activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.
- 0–5 years experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Client‑focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI‑enabled tools and automation.
