Essential Functions Be a trusted point of connection in the financial center, creating seamless customer experiences.

Partner with teammates to maintain a welcoming, customer-ready environment.

Ask purposeful questions and listen deeply to uncover meaningful financial goals.

Provide guidance that helps customers make informed financial decisions.

Guide customers through account selection and opening with accuracy and efficiency.

Recommend products and services that support customers' financial goals.

Complete transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Deepen relationships through proactive follow-up, reliability, and personalized service.

Build new relationships through community involvement, referrals, and networking opportunities.

Manage and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing financial conversations.

Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners.

Meet performance goals related to customer experience, growth, and financial wellness.

Maintain operational soundness by following policies, procedures, and risk management practices.

Perform other duties as assigned to support financial center operations.

Additional Essential Functions Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations

Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency

Work as part of a team

Work with on-site equipment
