Portfolio Management Analyst

Velocity Venture Partners is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate development firm specializing in the acquisition and management of Class B industrial real estate in the Greater Philadelphia area. With over 9 million square feet acquired in the last six years, our portfolio spans more than 80 buildings across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with over 300 tenants including major players like Amazon, Fed Ex, and Merck.

The Portfolio Management Analyst will play a critical role within the Capital Markets Team s full-time, office-based role focuses on supporting the firm’s debt and equity processes for refinancing, dispositions, and overall portfolio financial management. The role involves detailed financial analysis, investor relations, underwriting, presentation development, due diligence support, transaction management, and asset management reporting.

• Build financial models and analyze property & portfolio performance.
• Support acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and asset management.
• Monitor debt metrics, loan covenants, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare lender, investor, and transaction materials.
• Research industrial real estate markets, rents, sales, and trends.
• Work directly with senior leadership and transaction partners across the business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Excel / Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
