CCWMG is seeking a highly organized, financially minded Wealth Strategist Client Support Associate to join our Wealth Management and Planning team. This role works closely with experienced Wealth Strategists to support an exceptional client experience and ensure the preparation, coordination, and follow-through surrounding client relationships happens accurately and consistently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background or education in finance who enjoys working with clients, has exceptional attention to detail, and wants to build deeper experience in wealth management and financial planning.
The position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with assigned Wealth Strategists, providing exposure to both the advisory and operational sides of the business.
What You'll Do- Provide proactive day-to-day support to Wealth Strategists and their clients, anticipating needs and ensuring commitments are followed through.
- Own the administrative lifecycle of client meetings, including preparation, financial information and materials, documentation, and post-meeting follow-up.
- Coordinate client paperwork, account administration, service requests, and transactions, monitoring activities through completion.
- Maintain accurate and current client information, documentation, tasks, and workflows within the CRM.
- Gather and organize client financial information and assist with financial planning preparation, reports, analyses, and client-facing materials.
- Coordinate with internal specialists, custodians, and external partners to support client needs and resolve outstanding items.
- Proactively identify issues, missing information, deadlines, and follow-up needs before they impact the client experience.
- Partner with the Operations Manager and Wealth Strategists to continually improve workflows, consistency, and client-service processes.
- Build knowledge of financial planning and wealth management while taking on increasing responsibility as experience and capabilities develop.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Financial-services experience preferred, particularly in wealth management, financial planning, investment services, banking, insurance, or a similar client-service environment.
- Foundational understanding of financial planning and wealth-management concepts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client needs without losing follow-through.
- Proactive mindset - you anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting to be asked.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional client presence.
- Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn financial planning, CRM, custodian, and related systems.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated.
- Collaborative, service-oriented approach and desire to contribute to a team environment.
Industry licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 65 or 66) is a plus but not required.
