KCE is seeking a Pennsylvania-certified Sewage Enforcement Officer who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a professional who values independent decision-making, meaningful municipal work, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the communities they serve.

As part of our Municipal Services Team, you will work directly with municipalities throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, helping safeguard public health, protect environmental resources, and support responsible development. • Work directly with municipalities that value professional guidance and responsive service.
• Balance independent fieldwork with technical review, public interaction, and professional decision-making.
• Maintain professional autonomy with support from an experienced team of engineers, planners, zoning officers, code officials, and municipal consultants.
• Build long-term relationships with municipal officials, property owners, designers, installers, and regulatory agencies.
• Serve communities throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas with regular local travel and no routine overnight travel.

• Monday through Friday schedule
