Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

Overview

Sport Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to start immediately in our rapidly growing salon with a fun atmosphere. Our salon in Rohrerstown is looking for an experienced manager to join a family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you will help build a strong team that provides excellent customer service and fosters a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

With an existing large client base, you will join an established team with ample resources to ensure your success.

• Assist in the overall management and supervision of salon operations.
• Provide guidance, support, and development to hair stylists and coordinators.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

• A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
• Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Our salon managers typically average $25–$35 per hour including base pay, tips, and incentives.
