This is the perfect opportunity for a successful salon leader who's ready to take the next step in their career while continuing to work behind the chair.

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire your home salon team.
• Coach and develop salon success managers and stylists.
• Support 2–4 additional salon locations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow future salon leaders.
• Create a positive culture built on the ASG Way:

What We're Looking For

• Current cosmetology
• Previous salon leadership experience.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong business and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby salon locations.
