Position Summary Estheticians provide personalized skincare consultations and luxurious, rejuvenating services while delivering an exceptional Adolf Biecker guest experience. This position assesses guests’ skincare needs, recommends appropriate services and products, and maintains a clean, calm, and professional spa environment.

Essential Job Functions Including but not limited to:

Uphold Adolf Biecker standards of excellence and provide exceptional guest care.

Consult with guests to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate services and products.

Perform skincare and body treatments, waxing services, makeup applications, and other services within the scope of licensure and salon offerings.

Use and recommend AVEDA skincare and body care products based on guests’ individual needs.

Promote retail products and support spa retail goals through knowledgeable recommendations.

Maintain clean, sanitary, organized, and inviting treatment rooms and spa areas.

Assist with spa laundry and maintain appropriate supplies and equipment.

Follow all salon policies, procedures, service standards, and applicable health and safety requirements.

Maintain a professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with Adolf Biecker standards.

Demonstrate reliability, initiative, self-motivation, and effective time management.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education, Experience & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.

Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthiology license required.

One or more years of spa experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable.

Ability to work effectively in a professional, guest-focused environment.

Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the spa and access treatment rooms, including navigating a short flight of stairs.

Ability to physically clean and maintain treatment rooms and spa areas, including reaching, bending, kneeling, and lifting as needed.

Ability to perform spa laundry duties, including lifting, carrying, folding, and storing linens.

Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment as required to perform routine job duties.
