Allegheny Health Network - [Nursing Assistant / Health Aide] As a Patient Care Associate at Allegheny Health Network, you'll:
Provide and document direct patient care and activities, such as activities of daily living, vital signs, specimen collection, assistance with exams, treatments and procedures;
Communicate changes in patient's physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff;
Participate in unit activities such as supplies stocking, patient transport, and equipment/appliance cleaning, checks and retrieval;
Participate in, and document, patient care and safety rounds.
