Physical Therapist - Hospital at Home

This is a PRN position for Hospital  will provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. You will assist patients in reaching maximum performance levels. Responsibilities include providing all components of direct patient care, supervising physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students, and participating in related activities to support patient care, education, and department operations.

• Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. For foreign-trained applicants, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
