Aide; PCA

Position: Aide (PCA)
Location: Plymouth

Viva Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Assist residents in bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene and ensure residents are comfortable and properly cared for.;
Assist residents with medications under supervision of Administrator and Nurse after completing medication training and competency test.;
Follow daily routines as assigned by Administrator and Nurse.;
Make facility rounds every half hour to assure all residents are comfortable and accounted for.;
Chart resident information and note any changes in resident condition; communicate with Nurse and Administrator about resident concerns.
