Caregiver - All Shifts

Position: PT/FT Caregiver - All Shifts Available
Location: Weatherly

Viva Senior Living -  -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for residents on daily basis according to your work list and assignment.;
Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to residents individualized Care Plan (bathing, shower, shampoo if necessary, make bed, linens, escorts, assistance with dressing, oral hygiene, shaving, and hair and fingernail care if needed).;
Observe and record assistance with prescribed medications, as per assignment; report refusals and/or reactions to care or medications to supervisor on duty.;
Direct residents and family members to appropriate staff for other needs or information; document clearly and objectively on residents.;
Maintain required safety/building checks, participate in in-service educational programs, and promote positive public relations for the Community.
