• Maintain accurate data in provider file data systems, including updates and demographic information
• Review and process provider information requests to ensure compliance with regulations
• Contact external sources to collect or clarify information related to provider files
• Educate providers on obtaining and updating necessary identifiers
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in Provider Data Management, Credentialing, Customer Service, or Claims
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with providers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing/computer skills
• Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise

• Experience in healthcare-related data management or credentialing processes
• Familiarity with BCBS, CMS, and DOH regulations
• Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of data integrity and compliance standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
