Overview

Caregiver - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment). Mars, PA - Casual, various shifts available.

Caregiver Pay Rate starting at $16.90 per hour.

The Caregiver enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. As a Caregiver you maintain resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs.

Caregiver requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Additional experience with service for elders is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid or successful completion after hire. Successful completion of state direct care programs.
• Basic knowledge of computers required.
