We are seeking a FT Residential Counselor 7-3 (M-F) to join our team at our program in CRRs in Delaware County. This role is full time that will rotate as needed to cover open shifts.
Earn $18.25 an hour with the selection of enhanced pay.
Position DetailsThe Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.
Responsibilities- Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
- Transport residents to appointments and outings.
- Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
- Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.
- Cover open shifts as needed
