Lutheran Senior Life - - - Responsibilities:
Oversees and coordinates the facilities' medical record process to compile and maintain medical records of participants;
Maintains the medical records of participants in accordance with State and Federal regulations;
Performs concurrent and retrospective audits of medical records for compliance with regulations;
Operates a computer to process, store and retrieve medical record information;
Ensures confidentiality of clinical records with consent prior to release of information
