Participate fully in the Care Academy Training Program, including regular attendance at in-person sessions, active engagement, completion of all assignments, self-study materials, and meeting program certification requirements.;
Communicate effectively with branch leaders, team members, and Care Academy Training staff.;
Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient, family, and client-related matters during and after the training program.;
Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality customer service and a willingness to learn.;
Must have own reliable transportation.
