We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Behavioral Health & Recovery facility in Eagleville, PA
. Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Setting: Behavioral Health & Recovery / Specialty Rehabilitation
Location: Eagleville, PA
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday
Type: Direct Hire / Permanent Placement
This specialty healthcare facility is dedicated to supporting individuals facing substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, including patients from traditionally underserved populations. Physical therapy is an integral part of the treatment model, focusing on functional mobility, physical reconditioning, pain management, and restoring independence in a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team that may include nursing, behavioral health clinicians, physicians, and case management to support patient recovery in a structured, compassionate setting.
Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Rate Range: ≈ $40 – $50/hr

Continuing education support
Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments related to deconditioning, chronic pain, balance deficits, and mobility limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and safe mobility
Provide trauma-informed, patient-centered care in a behavioral health and recovery setting
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support whole-person recovery goals
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using EMR systems
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible to obtain)
New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
Interest in working with behavioral health, substance use recovery, or underserved populations
