Pay Range:$62 - $62.38 hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Remote role.
- Hybrid option is also available for candidate who is near to the UG,PA location and would like to meet the team every week( 1/2 times per week).
- Travel- not required, but manager could invite them for a team meeting twice/year.
- We're seeking candidates who is available to start immediately. The need would be approximately 40 hours per week, though we can be flexible at 35 hours per week if needed, with availability through noon on Fridays beginning through April 30th but likely through the end of the year.
- Lead development of holistic PHI plans in partnership with PHI and brand teams, leveraging PHI capabilities to address gaps—especially for high-need populations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, brands, innovation, customer engagement to gather and analyze market research, competitive intelligence, and care-gap data to identify untapped business growth opportunities.
- Embed health equity into go-to-market plans and brand strategy, prioritizing closing care gaps and improving patient outcomes to drive equitable health for all.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to translate insights into scalable, patient-centered programs and digital health solutions, collaborating with innovation, analytics and IT teams
- Apply measurement frameworks and data-driven decision-making to track outcomes, demonstrate impact, iterate, and expand programs.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Education and experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or MPH preferred).
- 7-10 years’ of relevant experience in strategic marketing planning within biopharmaceutical/healthcare or related field
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with marketing integration strategies to enhance patient engagement and access, forged cross-sector partnerships in digital health, immunology, oncology, and HIV, and built enterprise capacity for patient-driven innovation.
- Experience with gap-in-care objectives into enterprise brand strategy to advance patient-centered programs and scale digital health solutions across priority portfolios.
- Experience with patient experience strategies rooted on customer insights, data analysis, and external landscape assessments to boost vaccination uptake.
- Experience with strategic engagement between Patient Health Innovation and commercial, medical, and market access teams to optimize brand performance and accelerate impact.
- Develops brand-aligned solutions and vaccine initiatives to drive business impact and improve outcomes by strategically presenting data, content, and innovative approaches to address diverse customer needs.
- Experience with facilitating brand collaboration and external stakeholder engagement to effectively execute initiatives and maximize community and business impact.
- Therapeutic Area: US Vaccines and Infectious Diseases and US Pharma Business Units - including Cardiometabolic, Ophthalmology and Immunology.
