Graduate Nursing Assistant

Saber Healthcare Group - 350 Manor Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort;
Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident's care plan, and as directed by your supervisor;
Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures;
Perform other duties as directed by representatives of the community;
Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
