• Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ independence, safety, and daily function
• Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
• Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every interaction

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistance program
• Active Pennsylvania PTA license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• A commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care
