Job Description- Manage reporting milestones for initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of all projects in the PMO.
- Schedule and facilitate PMO meetings for initial project approval, and project status updates at each PMO process gate.
- Facilitate project prioritization discussions with PMO team, based on workforce capacity.
- Maintain dashboards on project health.
- Administer the Risk Management process, and ensure alignment across the site.
- Facilitate Risk Management meetings for risk identification and escalation on department and site level.
- Maintain risk dashboard and update risks in the global risk register.
- Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors degree
- 2-5 years in pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing
- 1-3 years project management
