Bayada Home Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Help clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range of motion exercises, transfers, and meal preparation;
Perform medication assistance and Vital sign checks as assigned;
Remain in the home for 24-hour periods as scheduled by the clinical manager;
Assist with ambulation and mobility using mechanical lifting devices when needed;
Provide home management tasks such as laundry and bed Making and ensure client safety while in the home
