Position: ED Patient Access Representative (Part Time, Days)
Location: Stroudsburg

St. Luke's - 100 Saint Lukes Lane - Responsibilities:
Register patients for outpatient and emergency department visits and complete registration screens;
Verify insurance and collect payments at point of service;
Coordinate with clinical departments and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate patient records and efficient flow;
Promote MyChart and patient self-service capabilities to enhance patient engagement;
Cross-train across locations to support outpatient and emergency department registration
