In Home Health Aides provide hands on, nonmedical support to individuals in their homes. Helping them maintain safety, comfort, and independence.
Their duties include assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship.
They also observe and report changes in a client's condition and work under the direction of a nurse or care supervisor to support overall care plans.
