Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rehabilitation services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative team environment.

- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Supervise and support Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and coordinate patient care plans.
- Monitor productivity, quality measures, documentation, and departmental performance.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and staff development.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered culture focused on exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.
- Current Pennsylvania license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), as applicable.
- Previous rehabilitation leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility rehabilitation services and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.
