We’re excited to welcome Per Diem Speech‑Language Pathologists to our team at Ware Presbyterian Village, a well‑respected community known for its personalized, resident‑centered approach to care.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatment; build meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ communication, cognition, and overall quality of life.
  • Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume.
  • Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Contribute to a positive, team‑focused therapy culture.
  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license in good standing.
  • American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) CCC‑SLP preferred.
  • A genuine passion for working with older adults.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A flexible, team‑oriented approach to patient care.
