Full Time | Outpatient Behavioral Health | LCSW or LPC

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for The Primary Health Network in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services including screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual therapy.
• Manage an independent outpatient caseload while collaborating with primary care providers and interdisciplinary support staff.
• Deliver evidence-based counseling services focused on improving patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing established electronic medical record systems.
• Participate in integrated care planning while supporting the organization's mission of expanding access to behavioral healthcare.
• Opportunity for a hybrid schedule with 1-2 remote workdays each week following onboarding and operational approval.

• Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• No nights.
• No weekends.
• No call responsibilities.
• Hybrid opportunity with up to two remote workdays weekly.

• Base Salary: $65,000-$80,000+ based on experience.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Ability to independently provide outpatient behavioral health services.
• Experience completing behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an integrated healthcare team.
