Location: Enola

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact on early childhood education as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in the Harrisburg, Perry County, and Upper Dauphin regions. This full-time contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week within a supportive Early Childhood program, working closely with a diverse group of young learners and dedicated educational teams. With a manageable caseload of 45 students, you’ll have the chance to deliver individualized and group speech/language interventions while actively shaping students’ communication skills during these foundational years.

Qualifications

And Desired Experience
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • State SLP license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience in a school or Early Childhood setting welcomed
  • Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation abilities
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experienced SLPA candidates will also be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy to early learners in both individual and small group formats
  • Develop, implement, and update IEPs and treatment plans in partnership with educators and families
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs and progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and other support staff
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and contribute to ongoing program development
  • Participate in IEP meetings and family conferences as required
