Location: Coudersport
UPMC - - Responsibilities:
Provide routine patient care including activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, transporting, toileting, ambulating, turning and repositioning patients;
Perform point of care testing (blood glucose), vital signs, I&O, telemetry monitoring, bladder scans, specimen collections, and 12-lead EKGs;
Assist with basic dressings, restraints management, Foley catheter care, NG tube clamping/removal; provide patient and family education under RN supervision;
Maintain safety, communicate effectively with health care team, and document in medical records per procedures
