Lutheran Senior Life - - Responsibilities:
Assist participants in mobility exercises to help them be more independent for their activities and maintain their current level of functioning;
Provide care across care settings (center or home) to ensure participant satisfaction and retention;
Assist participants with walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, toileting, feeding, showering, and socialization at the center;
Maintain an environment consistent with participants' needs and demonstrate teamwork within the LIFE Program;
Support the mission and core values of the LIFE Program
