Job Overview
The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as "Best of Senior Living" 2022-23, is hiring a Full‑time Certified Medication Technician to join our memory support team. Our beautiful, historic campus is located on The Main Line.
Role OverviewAs a Med Tech, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care." You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors and participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. You will develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Full‑time, 37.5 hours, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Weekend + holiday rotation.
$20.00–$21.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential on weekend.

A Day in the Life- Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment.
- Maintains communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents’ families concerning resident care.
- Prepares shift reports.
- Promotes and protects the rights of each resident.
- Current Med Tech certification is a plus.
- Current CPR certification is a plus.
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post‑acute or sub‑acute care.
- Experience with memory care.
