St. Luke's - 500 Saint Luke's Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and participate in data collection, planning and implementation of patient care;
Take vital signs and monitor intake and output;
Perform EKGs, glucometry, and phlebotomy; collect specimens and document responsibilities;
Ensure patient comfort and safety and communicate changes in patient conditions to the unit team;
Assist in patient mobilization and float as needed per unit and hospital policy
