Location: Fairfield
Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking contract NPs or PA-Cs to provide evidence‑based mental health care in Reading, PA, within Lyra’s provider network.
You will conduct 60‑minute intake assessments, follow‑ups, and medication management, serving children to young adults in a culturally responsive, patient‑centered approach. Applicants must have PMHNP or PA psychiatry training, an unrestricted license, 2+ years in practice, and ideally an active DEA license.
