Do you have a heart for helping others live safely and independently in their own homes? As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Care Worker
, you'll provide compassionate personal care and support to individuals who rely on you daily.

. We're seeking dedicated, friendly caregivers to deliver top-quality, in-home assistance tailored to each client's personalized care plan.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care
: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, nail care, shaving - Mobility support
: ambulation, transferring, positioning clients in bed, using assistive devices - Supporting physical therapy plans
, passive and active exercises under supervision - Monitoring and communicating changes in physical or emotional health
- Performing light housekeeping
: laundry, tidying bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms - Preparing meals (including special diets), shopping for groceries, and household supplies
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when appropriate
- Documenting care and submitting timely reports via telephony system
Required Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Completion of a formal certification program or ability to pass a skills/competency test
- Ability to read, write, and follow a written Plan of Care
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Dependability, reliability, and sound judgment
- Friendly, patient, and respectful with a sincere interest in caring for others
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Valid driver's license
, insured vehicle in good repair, and clean driving record - Ability to travel independently to clients' homes (unless exempt)
- Must be able to work at least two weekends per month as scheduled

Work Environment Requirements :
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of handling high-stress situations and clear communication

Pay:$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
