Provide direct patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse on the Neuro Stroke unit;
Obtain supplies and prepare patient rooms for admission and discharge;
Assist with feeding and hygiene, and monitor intake and output;
Participate in hourly rounding and ensure patient safety;
Observe and report environmental safety issues and assist with patient transfers and toileting
