Overview
Regular Full Time professional role located in South Mountain, PA. Salary: $60,000.00 Annually. Requisition . The applicant process may require accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
What You’ll DoAs a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral issues. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and facilitate their journey towards improved mental health and emotional well-being.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services to assigned clients in accordance with licensing agency guidelines and in compliance with policies and procedures as well as regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Perform individual and group therapy.
- Document treatment plans and monthly reports on client behavior, attitude, achievement, education, and overall progress in the program.
- Analyze and interpret client records, behavior, progress, and treatment plans in relation to treatment services.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Treatment (MDT) team meetings regarding client behavior, diagnosis, and progress as a member of the treatment planning team.
- Ensure all documentation is completed timely and meets regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that goals from clients’ individualized treatment plans are addressed; modify plans as needed.
- Collaborate with clinical director, case managers, treatment supervisors, and education department to ensure youth involved in work programs fulfill restitution and court costs and fines obligations.

QualificationsEducation and Experience:
- Master’s degree in social work or a similar field; at least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications:
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Physical examination including TB and drug testing
- Must pass federal and state background checks (e.g., drug-related, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, repeated misdemeanors)
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks including employment and personal references and driving records
- Ability to work with computers and relevant software
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
