Location: Wyndmoor
Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA or HHA) to join our Inpatient Hospice Unit in Wyndmoor, PA. This is an on-site, facility-based full-time role providing direct patient care under RN supervision.
The Hospice Aide supports patients with ADLs, comfort measures, and emotional support in an end-of-life setting, collaborating with nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to uphold dignity and quality of life.
