Jefferson Health - 1200 Old York Road - Responsibilities:
Prepares drug orders from Physicians for review and dispensing by a Registered Pharmacist;
Replenishes all Pyxis machines;
Medication dispensing and distribution to patient areas, Reorder and Restock of pharmacy inventory;
Counts, compounds and repackages pharmaceuticals using established procedures;
Performs various billing/crediting functions to ensure proper billing of all medications dispensed to patients
