Location: Upper Darby
One Well Health Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings across Pennsylvania. This field-based role focuses on daily living activities, health monitoring, and promoting independence and community inclusion.
The DSP will implement ISP/IPP guidance, support meal prep, mobility, transportation, documentation, and participate in trainings.
